How can I place my order from Bassar.ae?
Placing an order with us is as easy as running a steak knife through one of our buttery steaks. Our user-friendly website allows you to browse through our products with ease, select add-ons with a few clicks and arrange delivery according to your schedule. If you would like to order something you cannot find on our website, or need some expert advice, please email us at store@bassar.ae We will do our best to reply within 24 hours.
When will I receive my order?
Dubai shipments will arrive within a few hours of placing the order during our business working days. Abu Dhabi, orders received by 17:00 will be delivered to you the next day.
What if I miss my delivery?
Unfortunately, the weather here doesn’t really allow us to leave your package at the front door else you may come home to find the contents lookin kinda inedible! If we are unable to deliver, we will take your order back to our meat gallery and contact you to arrange for another delivery time.
Where do you deliver?
City of Dubai and city of Abu Dhabi If you live outside of these locations, please send us a message and we will make every effort to have Kosher meat delivered to your home.
How do I store my items when received?
Our products are packaged suitably for storage in a refrigerator or freezer.

Which Kosher is our meat?
All the products we sell are under the supervision of EAKC (Emirates Agency for Kosher Certification).
If I want a Kosher meat product that is not listed on the website?
